We Protect Rainforests & Your Privacy
Tero is a privacy-friendly climate startup interested in helping the planet, not in your data. This means we're experts at both rainforest and privacy protection. We have a clear ethics code we abide by:
1. What you do online is your business and yours alone
We do not spy on you or store any of your web activity or search history. We collect only the absolutely necessary data required for the functionality of Tero. The little information we do collect is anonymised, encrypted, and securely stored.
2. We don't create personal ad profiles
We only collect anonymous and aggregated data, and we don't create personal advertising profiles of you based on your behaviour, online activity, or search history.
3. We'll don't sell your data
Many web services collect user data in order to sell it without asking your permission. We don't sell any of your data to third-party companies, nor do we buy personal data from others.
